Svensk Storköksservice acquires Dalux AB

Svensk Storköksservice AB ("3S") is pleased to announce the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Dalux AB ("Dalux") which is headquartered in Solna, Stockholm.

Since 2005, Dalux has been an authorized partner of Electrolux Professional AB ("EPR"). EPR is one of the world's largest manufacturers of professional kitchen equipment, manufacturing in Sweden, Italy and Switzerland, amongst others. Dalux has a strong track record of growth and of providing excellent service to its broad customer base.

The Agreement was signed on 29 October 2021 with completion of the acquisition planned for 1 November 2021. This acquisition is another important step by 3S towards its goal of becoming Sweden's leading sales company in the catering industry, building on the organization’s already extensive service and aftermarket operation in Sweden.

This acquisition involves several important business improvements for Svensk Storköksservice AB such as adding sales experience, systems, project management as well as further strengthening the partnership with Electrolux Professional AB.

Svensk Storköksservice AB is a Waterlogic company. Waterlogic was acquired in January 2015 by funds managed by Castik Capital, the European private equity investor. Dalux AB is the most recent acquisition as part of the company’s buy and build strategy since the acquisition by Castik, and following substantial acquisitions in the U.S. and Canada, UK, Australia, Spain, France, Germany, Latin America and Scandinavia.
